SPECIAL MEETINGS FOR MODERNIZATION AGREEMENT

Brothers and Sisters,

Division 28 will be holding meetings to discuss the newly proposed Modernization Agreement.  The format of these meetings will be set a bit differently due to COVID-19.   Please attend only one of these meetings as there is limited seating.  The meeting times are as follows:
 

September 3rd at 10:00am

September 4th at 1:00pm

***Meeting location:  IBEW Hall at 750 S Tucson Blvd, Tucson, AZ 85716

This is the protocol for how we will be proceeding with future meetings.  If you plan to attend one of the meetings you will need to contact Kenny at 520-204-6999 or walker@blet28.org to confirm which time you will be attending.

·         Seating at the meetings will be placed to follow the safe social distancing practices.  Please follow guidelines and do not congregate in groups and do not move seating arrangements.

·         Due to CDC & State Mandates ALL people entering the IBEW Hall must practice social distancing and must wear facial coverings or they will not be permitted inside. 

·         All members attending will need to bring their own facial coverings which BLET Division 28 did provide to its members.  If you have not yet received one, please inquire with Kenny prior to the meeting.

·         IBEW Hall cleanses and disinfects the Hall after each meeting so it is a safe environment.  Division 28 will also have hand sanitizer available at the meeting if needed.
